How your school goes live

Planned around arrival day, the first exam and the first home leave.

  1. Map classrooms and hostels

We note your houses, rooms and beds, mess plans, leave rules and each curriculum you run, with its grading scale and report format.

  2. Bring your data across

Students, room allocations, health notes, guardian contacts and fee dues are imported and checked against your source before you sign off.

Questions residential schools ask

Short answers for principals, wardens, bursars and parents.

How does the warden know every boarder is back after an outing?

Outpasses and weekend leave are marked when a boarder goes out. At roll call the warden marks who is back on a phone, and the list shows who is on campus, still out or at home, without a gate register.

Who sees health notes, and who sees marks?

Access is set by role. A hostel warden sees residents, not marks. A class teacher sees their own sections. Health and fee details are restricted separately, and every read and change is logged.

How does the mess know about allergies and diets?

Allergies and vegetarian or Jain diets are kept with the mess plan on each boarder’s profile, so the kitchen works from a current list rather than a notice on the wall.

Can IB or Cambridge run beside CBSE or ICSE?

Yes. Grading scales and report formats are set per programme, so an IB Diploma group, an IGCSE group and a CBSE section can run in one school, each reported on its own terms.

Can families abroad pay in their own currency?

Families or employers can be invoiced in the currency agreed, and your accounts reconcile in the school’s base currency. Confirm your currencies and payment gateways with us during evaluation.

Can parents far away approve leave and trips?

Yes. Leave requests and permissions reach the parent app, and parents answer from their phone. Results, notices and fee receipts also arrive on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
