- Tell us your institution type and rough size. We will send times, and ask for one term of data if you want the session run on your own records.
- Pricing and proposals
- Student numbers on roll and the modules you are considering is enough for a written quote.
- Existing customers
- Your institution name and the module involved. Support requests are handled ahead of sales enquiries.
- Security, DPDP and procurement
- Ask for the security pack. Do not send anything confidential through the website form — we will arrange a secure channel and an NDA first.

- and someone from the team answers in working hours. Out of hours, leave the message and it reaches us by email. The chat asks before it keeps anything you type.

Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most institutions start with one module — usually admissions before a season, or fees before a term — and add the rest once it is running. Nothing needs migrating between modules later, because they share one database.
Can we keep our existing payment gateway and accounting software?
Yes. iVake connects to the gateways and accounting systems institutions already run. See integrations for what is supported; there is a documented API for anything unusual to your institution.
Where is our data stored?
In the region your institution is in — India, the GCC, Southeast Asia or Africa — with access set by campus, department and role, and an audit trail on every read and change. The full position is on the security page.
