A recruiter wants a shortlist by 5 pm. What do we do?
Set the filter. Branch, CGPA or marks, backlogs, attendance and gap years are read live from the ERP, so there is nothing to collect from departments first. Check the list, approve it, and the recruiter sees it through the drive link.
How do recruiters use it?
Through a link, not an account they have to create. A recruiter opens the drive, sees the shortlist you approved and marks results round by round: aptitude, technical, HR. Nothing they do reaches student records until the placement cell confirms it.
Can a student apply with marks that do not match the transcript?
No. The resume is built from the student’s record, with marks from the transcript rather than typed ones, so no mark disagrees with it. Students see only the drives they are eligible for and apply in one tap from the app.
Does it handle internships and one-offer rules?
Yes. One-offer policies, aptitude batches, off-campus offers, internships, higher studies and ventures run on the same record. Package, role, joining date and the offer letter are attached to the student, and multiple offers are handled openly.
Can it give us the NAAC and NBA progression figures?
It holds the underlying data: outcomes per student per programme across the years you choose, with the offer or admission letter as evidence. The tables are generated from that, so the figure in the report and the figure in iVake are the same number.
