How a coaching institute goes live
Roughly four weeks for a single centre, and six to eight if you run several branches.
Set up courses and batches
Courses, batches, timings, faculty and fee plans are recorded with your concession rules. Each new batch then starts from the settings of the last.
Bring enquiries and students across
Past enquiries import with their source and stage. Students, batches and fee balances are reconciled against your registers before you sign off.
Train the front desk and faculty
Counsellors learn walk-ins and follow-ups, faculty learn attendance and tests on their phones, and accounts learn instalments. Sessions are recorded.
Go live before the next rush
The easiest start is before results season or a new batch. Your implementation manager is on call through go-live and your first admission rush.
Plan instalments that add up
Split a course fee into dated instalments with a reminder date for each, so the plan adds up to the fee exactly. Free, no account needed.

Questions coaching institutes ask
Short answers. The demo covers the rest.
Results day brings 60 walk-ins. How do we avoid losing them?
A reception tablet logs each walk-in and hands it to a counsellor’s queue. Calls, WhatsApp messages and the next follow-up are logged against the enquiry, and an enquiry nobody works goes to the team lead instead of quietly ageing.
A counsellor promised a concession. How is that controlled?
Concessions are entered once, with the approval behind them, and applied before the amount is shown. Nothing lives on a sticky note: the fee plan, the concession and who approved it stay on the student’s ledger, and instalment reminders go out with a payment link.
Can we run weekly tests and publish rank lists?
Yes. Tests run on OMR sheets or online. Each paper set is marked against its own key, with negative marking by section, and scores go to the gradebook. Rank lists are drawn from those scores, and faculty see which questions the batch found hard.
Do parents see attendance and test results?
Yes. Parents hear about an absence the same day, and see attendance, results, fee receipts and notices in the parent app, with one login per family. Instalment reminders stop the moment a payment clears.
Does it suit spoken-English and language institutes?
Yes. Admissions run all year, learners join a running batch at their level, and reading, writing, listening and speaking are recorded separately. Completion certificates come from the record, shared through a download link that expires.
Can we run several branches?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own batches, rooms and fees, faculty can teach at more than one, and the owner sees one combined view.
