What you get
One student record, four modules
Most institutions buy admissions software from one company, campus software from another, and keep placements in a spreadsheet. Ivake is all of it, on one database. CRM or ERP — which do you need?
Before they enrol
Admission management
From first enquiry to first instalment.
While they study
Institution ERP
The years nobody demos, where the real work happens.
As they leave
Training & placement
The season that decides how the institution is judged.
After they graduate
Alumni management
The network that brings the next enquiry back.
Start with one module if you like. The ERP is priced per student; the other three are a flat monthly cost. See pricing

Ivake AI
AI that does the work, not the marketing
Three agents with narrow jobs, working inside your rules and your data. Every action is logged and can be undone.
First-response agent
Replies within seconds on WhatsApp or email, answers from your own prospectus, and books the call.
Median first response: seconds, not hours
Document agent
Checks uploaded marksheets against your requirement list and asks for whatever is missing.
Removes most manual verification passes
Counsellor copilot
Briefs the counsellor before a call and drafts the follow-up in the family's language.
Counsellors keep selling, not typing
Every step is written to the application's audit log. An administrator can undo anything an agent did. Or switch it to draft-only, so a person sends each message.
Apps
The apps your families and staff actually open
Four apps, one login each. Everyone sees their own work and nothing else.
Ivake for families
Attendance, timetable, homework, results, fee payment and certificates. One login covers every child in the family, so parents are not juggling an app per school-going child.
Ivake for teaching staff
Mark attendance in under a minute, enter assessment marks, and check today's timetable and substitutions. Works on a phone, so nobody queues for the staffroom computer.
Ivake for counsellors
Work the enquiry queue, call and WhatsApp from inside the record, and log the outcome as you go. Useful at a fair or on a school visit, away from a desk.
Ivake console
The full picture on a laptop or tablet: admissions, fees, examinations, payroll, campus services and reports. Role decides what each person can open.
Available in English and major Indian languages. Parents can switch language without asking the school to change anything.
Integrations
Ivake fits the systems you already run
Nobody changes their payment gateway or their accounting software just because they changed platforms. Ivake connects to what you already run. For anything unusual to your institution, there is a documented API.

What institution teams say once it is running
“Admission management is seamless now. DigiLocker verification alone saved us hundreds of hours, and enquiries convert to enrolments much faster.”
Registrar · St. Xavier's University, Kolkata
“CO/PO/PSO mapping that used to take a full semester now updates in real time. Faculty finally have time for curriculum design instead of accreditation paperwork.”
HOD, Computer Science · Techno India NJR
“Rolling out across three campuses was surprisingly smooth. The platform is enterprise-grade — secure, scalable, always up — and support actually responds.”

FAQs
The questions we get on every first call
What is Ivake?
Ivake is education management software for Indian institutions. It combines two products that schools and colleges normally buy separately: an admissions CRM covering enquiry to enrolment, and a campus ERP covering academics, examinations, fees and campus operations. Both run on one student record, so nothing is exported between them.
Is Ivake a CRM or an ERP?
Both. An admissions CRM manages people before they enrol; a campus ERP manages them afterwards. Ivake does both jobs on a single database, which is why the counselling notes and the enquiry source are still attached to a student four years later.
Which institutions can use Ivake?
K-12 schools on CBSE, ICSE or a state board; autonomous and affiliated colleges; universities and multi-campus groups; and skilling, coaching and training institutions. The student record is the same in each case — programmes, fee structures, academic scheme and approval chains are configuration. See how it is set up for each
How is Ivake different from an admission CRM?
A CRM's story ends the day the student pays. Ivake keeps the same record going through admission, classes, attendance, examinations, fees, placement and alumni. That is why it can answer questions a CRM cannot. For example: which enquiry source produced the batch that actually finished on time?
How is it different from a traditional ERP?
An ERP starts at enrolment and knows nothing about how the student got there. Ivake carries the whole admission history into the student record, including the question the parent asked and where the enquiry came from. It is also built for teachers and front-office staff to use daily, not just administrators.
Do we have to buy the whole platform at once?
No. Most institutions start with one part, usually admissions, or fees and attendance. They add the rest over the next two intakes. Switching on the next part is a setting, not another integration project.
Where is our data stored?
Your data and its backups stay on servers in India. Access is set by role, and every read and write is logged. We do not use your data to train shared models, and we never mix it with another institution's. You can export all of it, in open formats, whenever you want.

See Ivake running on your own data
Send us a sample before the call: a term of enquiries, a fee structure, or a class list. We load it and set up your programmes, so you see your own institution on screen rather than a demo account.
- 45 minutes, your data. Not a generic tour of features.
- Migration mapped on the call. We show exactly where your current records land.
- A written rollout plan within two working days, with phases, owners and dates.
- No pressure to switch everything at once. Most schools and colleges start with one department or one intake.
