See Ivake running on your own data

Send us one term of enquiry data before the call. We load it and set up your programmes and fee structures. Then we walk your team through the exact steps they would follow on Monday.

What happens next

  1. We reply within one working day

A short email with two or three questions about your institution: size, programmes, and what you run today. Plus some times that suit you.

  2. You send a data sample, if you want to

One term of enquiries, or a fee structure, or a scheme of work. It is optional, but it turns a demo into a working session. We will sign an NDA first if you prefer.

  3. 45 minutes, your workflows

Not a feature tour. We run your admission process, your fee scenario and your reporting question. The people who will actually use it should be in the room.

  4. A written rollout plan in two days

Phases, owners, dates, migration approach and pricing. Whether or not you proceed, you keep the plan.

Thank you — we have your request

Someone from the team will write to you within one working day with a couple of questions and some times. If it is urgent, email hello@ivake.com and say so in the subject line.

Before you ask

The questions we get on every first call

How long does implementation take?

It depends where you start. One module, say admissions or fees and attendance, is usually live within weeks. Moving academics, examinations and finance across a whole institution normally takes two terms, changing over at the end of a term. You get a dated plan before you commit to anything.

Do we have to buy the whole platform?

No. Most institutions start with one part and add the rest as they see the value. The advantage of starting here is that switching on the next part is a setting, not another integration project.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per student per month and published in full: ₹8 up to 200 students, ₹7 to 10,000, ₹5 above that. Universities are quoted individually. Migration and training are included, not added later as separate lines.

Who trains our staff?

We do, role by role. Admissions staff, teachers, finance, the office and administrators are trained separately, because their screens are different. Training is part of the rollout, and refreshers before each admission season are part of the subscription.

We are mid-cycle. Should we wait?

For admissions, usually not. Old enquiries import with their source and stage, and the cleanest moment is the start of a counselling round. For examinations and finance, waiting for the end of term is safer. We will tell you which applies to you rather than push for a faster signature.
