The institution, in one place, each morning
One record, read four ways. Your screen names what to look at first and why; the teacher, the registrar and the Vice-Chancellor each get their own.
- Where two things meet. A section slipping on attendance, whose families are also behind on fees.
- What nobody reports. Enquiries answered overnight with nobody booked against them.
- What was already chased. Overdue instalments, followed up twice, waiting on you.
What you will be asked in the meeting
The people who sign are not the people who use it.
Where does our data live, and who can reach it?
Primary and standby databases, documents and backups are held in your own region. Access is set by campus, department, programme and role: a class teacher sees their sections, a hostel warden sees residents, not marks. Support access requires a reason, is time-bound, and is logged.
How long does rollout take, and what does the fee cover?
Roughly four weeks for a school, six to eight for a university or a group with several campuses. The ₹10,000 onboarding fee is charged once and covers discovery, migration of students, staff, results and fee ledgers, the reconciliation you sign off before go-live, configuration, training and a named implementation manager.
What happens to our records if we leave?
You get a full export of every record and document in open formats, on request, at any point — including after the contract ends. Deletion then follows the schedule in the agreement. We do not hold data hostage to keep a customer.
See iVake running on your own data
Share your fee structure and programmes before the call, or sample data with student names removed. We set them up, so you see your own institution on screen rather than a demo account.
- 45 minutes, your data. Not a generic tour of features.
- Migration mapped on the call. We show exactly where your current records land.
- A written rollout plan within two working days, with phases, owners and dates.
- No pressure to switch everything at once. Most schools and colleges start with one department or one intake.
