How much does Ivake cost?
The Institution ERP is ₹8 per student per month up to 200 students, ₹7 from 201 to 10,000, and ₹5 above 10,000. Admission management is ₹4,999 a month, training & placement ₹3,999 and alumni management ₹2,999 — each flat, whatever your student numbers. Universities are quoted individually.
What is the discount for paying upfront?
Quarterly billing takes 5% off, yearly takes 15% off. A 500-student school pays ₹3,500 a month, ₹9,975 a quarter, or ₹35,700 for the year — a saving of ₹6,300 against paying monthly.
Which students count towards the number?
Students on roll at the start of the contract year. Applicants and enquiries do not count, so a busy admission season never increases your bill mid-year.
Can we buy admissions without the ERP?
The rate is the same. Most institutions switch on one part first and add the rest over the next two intakes, and there is no saving in staying on half the platform — so there is no reason not to turn the rest on when you are ready.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
One-time onboarding is ₹10,000. It covers migrating your existing data, configuring your programmes and fee structures, and training your team. It is charged once, on your first invoice, and never again — there is no separate project fee on top of it.
Are these prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every figure quoted above is before tax. GST applies at 18% on both the subscription and the onboarding fee. The calculator adds it for you, so the total it shows is the total you will be invoiced.
What happens if our numbers grow past a band?
The lower rate applies from your next contract year. Growing during a year does not trigger a mid-term increase.
