These rates are in Indian rupees, for institutions in India. Elsewhere we quote in your local currency. The structure does not change — per student for campus operations, flat monthly for the add-ons — and your own tax applies in place of GST. Tell us where you are and we will send figures for your region.

The questions that follow a price
Billing cycles, who counts as a student, and what happens when you grow.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try iVake free for 30 days with full feature access and no credit card, at app.ivake.com. If you continue, your first invoice includes the one-time ₹10,000 onboarding.
What is the discount for paying upfront?
Quarterly billing takes 5% off, yearly takes 15% off. A 500-student school pays ₹3,500 a month, ₹9,975 a quarter, or ₹35,700 for the year — a saving of ₹6,300 against paying monthly.
Which students count towards the number?
Students on roll at the start of the contract year. Applicants and enquiries do not count, so a busy admission season never increases your bill mid-year.
Can we buy admissions without the ERP?
Yes. Admission management is a flat ₹4,999 a month on its own, whatever your size. Most institutions start with one part and add the rest over the next two intakes, on the same system and without moving data again.
Are these prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every figure above is before tax. GST applies at 18% on the subscription and the onboarding fee for institutions in India; institutions elsewhere are billed under their own tax rules. The calculator adds Indian GST for you, so the total it shows is the total you will be invoiced.
What happens if our numbers grow past a band?
The lower rate applies from your next contract year. Growing during a year does not trigger a mid-term increase.
