Placement season, run on the record, not a spreadsheet

Eligibility comes from the marks and attendance already in the ERP. Nobody rebuilds a shortlist by hand, and nobody chases a resume iVake already holds.

Six steps, one record

A recruiter arrives, a drive is scheduled, students apply, offers land. Every step writes to the same student profile.

  1. Recruiter on file

Company, roles, package bands and what they hired last year. Next season starts from a list.

  2. Drive scheduled

Dates, rounds, venue and panel. Students see it in the app; the calendar knows which classes are affected.

  3. Eligibility applied

CGPA, backlogs, attendance, branch and gap years read from the ERP. The shortlist is a query, not an evening of filtering.

  4. Students apply

One tap in the app. The resume is generated from the record, with verified marks rather than typed ones.

  5. Rounds tracked

Aptitude, technical, HR. Who cleared, who dropped and why, while the drive is still running.

  6. Offer recorded

Package, role, joining date and the letter, attached to the student. Multiple offers handled openly.

The awkward parts run on the same record: one-offer policies, aptitude batches, off-campus offers, internships, higher studies and ventures, and the three-year progression view NAAC and NBA ask for, drawn from offers rather than assembled in March.

Every figure is read from the drives and offers as they are recorded, not keyed in for the report.

Applying to a drive is one tap

A student sees only the drives they qualify for, and the resume is built from the record rather than uploaded.

Why eligibility matters here

The CGPA, backlogs and attendance behind the filter are read live, so a result published on Monday changes the list on Monday. No uploaded PDF means no mark that disagrees with the transcript, the most common reason an offer is withdrawn.

What placement officers ask first

Can we run this without Campus operations?

Yes. You can run training & placement on its own and import the student list, marks and attendance you need for eligibility. It is more useful alongside the ERP, because eligibility then reads live data instead of a file somebody uploaded last month, but it is not a requirement.

How do recruiters interact with it?

Through a link, not an account they have to create. A recruiter opens the drive, sees the shortlist you approved, and marks results round by round. Nothing they do reaches student records directly — the cell confirms every outcome before it lands.

Does it produce the NAAC and NBA progression tables?

It produces the underlying data: outcomes per student per programme, across the years you select, with the offer or admission letter attached as evidence. The tables are generated from that, so the figure in the report and the figure in iVake are the same number.

Share your fee structure and programmes before the call, or sample data with student names removed. We set them up, so you see your own institution on screen rather than a demo account.

  • 45 minutes, your data. Not a generic tour of features.
  • Migration mapped on the call. We show exactly where your current records land.
  • A written rollout plan within two working days, with phases, owners and dates.
  • No pressure to switch everything at once. Most schools and colleges start with one department or one intake.
