Free tool for school accounts offices

Fee challans, three copies to a sheet

Bank, school and student copies, with the total written in words the way banks expect. Print one, or paste a class list and print them all.

What accounts offices ask

How do I print challans for a whole class?

Copy three columns from your Excel sheet — name, class, admission number — and paste them into “A whole class at once”. Each student gets their own sheet, and the challan numbers count up from the one you entered.

Is the amount in words correct for large sums?

It uses the Indian system — thousand, lakh, crore — and ends with “Only”, as banks expect, so ₹1,25,000 reads “Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Only”.

Can parents pay online instead?

Not through this tool. Inside iVake, parents pay online through the payment gateway, the receipt is issued automatically and the fee ledger updates itself — no challan to reconcile.

Is my bank account number stored?

Only in this browser, on this device, so the form is filled in next time. Nothing you type is sent to iVake.

Share your fee structure and programmes before the call, or sample data with student names removed. We set them up, so you see your own institution on screen rather than a demo account.

  • 45 minutes, your data. Not a generic tour of features.
  • Migration mapped on the call. We show exactly where your current records land.
  • A written rollout plan within two working days, with phases, owners and dates.
  • No pressure to switch everything at once. Most schools and colleges start with one department or one intake.
