Six branches, one screen, before the chairman asks

10:30 am. The chairman wants fee dues for all six branches before the 11 am meeting. No calls to six principals: one screen shows every branch, down to class.

  • 1 systemEvery branch, each with its own classes, fees and calendar
  • ₹0Extra for staff logins or the parent app, in any branch
  • TallyDay book and ledgers exported to Tally or Zoho Books
  • 6–8 weeksTypical go-live for a group, one branch first

How a group goes live

One branch first, then the rest, in about six to eight weeks.

  1. Map the trust and its branches

We note every branch, its classes and board, the common fee heads and concessions, and who approves what at branch and trust level.

  2. Start with one branch

One branch goes all the way to go-live first. The fee heads, concessions and settings it settles are then used for the rest.

  3. Bring every branch across

Students, fee dues and past results come in branch by branch, checked line by line before each principal signs off.

  4. Train branches and the trust office

Principals, fee counters and class teachers learn their own screens. The chairman and correspondent are shown the figures they will read each morning.

What owners and trustees see

Questions trusts ask

Short answers for chairmen, correspondents and branch principals.

Can the chairman see dues across every branch?

Yes. The trust office sees fees collected and dues for every branch on one screen, and can open any branch down to class and student. Nobody has to phone six principals the night before a meeting.

Can a principal see only their own branch?

Yes. Access is set by branch and role. A principal sees their own school, a class teacher their own sections, and the chairman and correspondent see every branch. Every change is logged with who made it.

Can fee heads and concessions be common to all branches?

Yes. A fee head means the same thing in every branch, while each branch keeps its own fee structure. Concessions follow the approval chain and amount limits you set, and the ledger shows who approved each one.

Can each branch keep separate accounts?

Yes. Every posting is tagged by branch, so each has its own figures. Trusts whose branches keep separate books use Advanced Accounting, and the day book goes to Tally or Zoho Books for your accountant.

What can we show the governing body?

Enrolment, attendance, dues, concessions granted and results by branch, filtered by class or year and exported. The figures come from the work staff already do, not a spreadsheet built the night before.
