Trades, courses and modules are set up with credit values, practical criteria and how a trainer signs off each skill.
Set up workshops and batches
Workshops, labs and equipment are recorded with safety prerequisites, and batch timetables are built around the workshop capacity you actually have.
Put employers on file
Recruiters and training partners go on file, drives are shared through a link, and on-the-job hours come back to the trainee’s record.
Train and go live
Trainers, counsellors, the placement officer and accounts learn on their own screens, and the trainer app goes on the phones used in the workshop.
See how placement outcomes are recorded
Employers open a drive through a link, your placement cell confirms each result, and offers land on the trainee’s record. Training & placement is a flat ₹3,999 a month.

Questions ITIs and skill centres ask
Short answers. The demo covers the rest.
The funding agency wants placement proof for every trainee. Where does it come from?
From placement records kept through the year. Each offer is recorded with the employer, role, joining date and letter, and your placement cell confirms every result before it lands. Placement outcomes are reported per batch, and each figure opens the trainee records behind it.
Can we track on-the-job training at employer sites?
Yes. On-the-job hours are recorded against the trainee as a separate activity from classroom and workshop sessions, and can be confirmed before they count towards completion.
Do employers need an account?
No. An employer works through a link to the drive, sees the shortlist you approved and marks results. Nothing reaches the trainee’s record until your placement cell confirms it.
Does it work for polytechnic diploma programmes?
Yes. A polytechnic runs semester examinations with hall tickets, internal and practical marks, percentages for the diploma and supplementary attempts, while short skill courses run as rolling batches in the same system.
Can trainers use it without a laptop?
Yes. Trainers mark sessions and sign off skills from a phone, even without signal on the workshop floor, and the record syncs later. Photographs of the work attach as evidence.
How are credits and APAAR handled?
Credit values attach to modules and results as trainees earn them; under NCrF, one credit is 30 hours of learning. APAAR is voluntary, so the ID is recorded only when the trainee or parent consents. Deposits to the Academic Bank of Credits read data already held, with a trail of what was sent.
