For playschools & pre-primary

Know who is collecting every child at 3:30 pm

3:30 pm, and a man the teacher has never seen is at the gate for Aarav. She checks the pickup list his parents keep in the app, and they get a message when he leaves.

  • Playgroup–UKGEvery pre-primary class, with day care alongside
  • 1 pickup listPer child, kept current by parents in the app
  • ₹8Per child a month, for up to 200 children
  • 4 weeksTypical go-live, with your children and families already in

How your playschool goes live

About four weeks, ready for the first morning of term.

  1. Set up your centre

We add your classes from playgroup to UKG, timings, day-care options, fee plans and the teachers in each room. A chain gets one set-up per centre.

  2. Bring children and families across

Child profiles, guardians, health notes, pickup lists and fee balances are imported and checked, with look-alike names held for a person to decide.

  3. Train teachers on their phones

One short hands-on session covers attendance, pickups and observations, recorded for anyone who misses it.

  4. Invite parents

Each family gets one login for all their children, so attendance, notices, receipts and payments work from the first day.

What parents see in the app

Attendance, notices, photos from the day, fees and receipts, with one login for every child in the family.

Questions playschools ask

Short answers for owners, centre heads and parents.

What happens when someone new comes to collect a child?

Staff check the person against the pickup list the parents keep in the app. Anyone not on it should wait while you call a parent. Each pickup is kept with the time and the adult who collected, and parents get a message.

Who can see a child’s allergies and health notes?

Only the staff you allow. Health notes sit on the child’s profile, restricted separately from everything else, so the right people see today’s note rather than last month’s wall chart.

Can we run mixed-age or Montessori groups?

Yes. Children can be grouped by age band instead of by class, and progress is kept as teacher observations in words, with no marks needed. Everything noted stays with the child as they move up.

Can we run day care and activity batches?

Yes. Day care and after-school batches are set up by age group, day and session, each with its capacity. Fees can be monthly, weekly or per day, on one account per family.

We run several centres. Can we see them together?

Yes. Each centre keeps its own classes, rooms and fees, and the owner sees one combined view that opens down to each centre and class.
