Yes. Open the Course section and edit the choices for “Preparing for”, separated by commas, or add a field for anything else you ask.
Why ask how they heard about us?
It is the cheapest marketing report there is: count the ticks at the end of each admission season and you know which seminar, paper or page brought students in.
Where is my form saved?
Only in this browser, on this device, logo included. Nothing you type is sent to iVake. To keep a copy, print it and choose “Save as PDF”.
