A college admission form, ready to print

Class 10 and 12 records, entrance score, ABC ID, category and hostel, signed by the applicant and a parent. Change any field and print.

Questions we hear

Why does the applicant sign as well as a parent?

A college applicant is usually an adult, so the declaration and the consent are theirs. The parent’s signature stays because many colleges ask for it alongside.

Where do the ABC and APAAR IDs go?

They share one field, since the Academic Bank of Credits ID and the APAAR ID are the same number for most students. Split them if your university asks for both separately.

Where is my form saved?

Only in this browser, on this device, logo included. Nothing you type is sent to iVake. To keep a copy, print it and choose “Save as PDF”.

See iVake running on your own data

Share your fee structure and programmes before the call, or sample data with student names removed. We set them up, so you see your own institution on screen rather than a demo account.

  • 45 minutes, your data. Not a generic tour of features.
  • Migration mapped on the call. We show exactly where your current records land.
  • A written rollout plan within two working days, with phases, owners and dates.
  • No pressure to switch everything at once. Most schools and colleges start with one department or one intake.
